Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must include original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Proof of purchase must be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Riyjzydc is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider.
